Stephen Nachmanovich This fall, Earth Conclave will explore and celebrate SACRED PLAY the weekend of October 18 thru 21, 2007. The committee has begun preparing for this event and invites you to share your ideas and proposals for presentations or workshops. In the past, proposals were solicited with the registration brochure; however, necessities of scheduling and planning require us to hear from you sooner--
The
deadline for proposals for this fall's conclave is July 20, 2007.

Sacred Play Committee When and where is the Conclave?This Conclave begins Thursday, October 18th. You can arrive as early as
3:00 p.m., registration opens at 4:00 p.m., and by early evening, we’re
ready for our opening dinner and introduction. Conclave continues all
day Friday and Saturday through Sunday morning. After the Sunday morning
final event, we have our feedback brunch, cleanup and farewells. The Conclave
is over by 2:00 p.m. To experience the full impact of Conclave we ask
you to commit to staying until 2:00 p.m. on Sunday. Registration!
Should I bring anything?You will need to provide your own bedding, towels, and toiletries. Please
bring whatever you need for your comfort—your favorite pillow, teddy
bear, chocolate, extra cloths to create a bit of privacy around your bed,
soft throw rug to greet your feet in the morning—but don’t
bring illegal substances, alcohol, firearms, or weapons. |
